We once again bring to you the current situation in the Speakasia matter as below:
ABA 174/2013 In the Sessions Court, Mumbai: This is the Anticipatory Bail Application of Mr. Aman Azad aka Vivek Roopchand Sharma.
The Hon’ble Sessions Court at Bombay was pleased to REJECT the Anticipatory Bail Application; however Mr. Aman Azad has been provided protection till 24th May, 2013, to approach the Bombay High Court to file an appeal against the order of the Sessions Court.

SLP (cri) 3130/2013 in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India arising out of the Disposal of ABA 1083/2012 In the Hon’ble Bombay High Court:
The Anticipatory Bail Application of our secretary Mr. Ashok Bahirwani was heard on 19th March, 2013. The ABA has been dismissed and the detailed order was uploaded on 4th April, 2013 and is available for view on the website of the Hon’ble Bombay High Court:

This entire wonderful family was extremely happy when the news that the company had as promised sent out the Confirmation E mails exactly within two weeks as mentioned in their earlier communication of 5th October, 2012.
AISPA is duty bound by its principal objective to ensure that all its members who wish to EXIT out and wish to take refund of their Subscription Amount should be assisted without fail to ensure that their amounts are credited to their bank accounts as early as possible.

Over the last few days we have sensed that many Panelists and Consumers have been quite anxious as there seems to be a sudden lull in the SAOL matter specially as most of these anxious Panelists and Consumers feel that all has come to end as both the Panelists initiated court cases i.e. WP/383/2011 in the Supreme Court and the AISPA writ WP/3611/2011 in the Bombay High Court have been disposed off.

Good Evening Speakasians,
It has been a rather eventful one week.
WP/383/2011 in the Supreme Court has been “Disposed as Withdrawn” with a view that the Hon’ble Supreme Court is not justified in invoking its jurisdiction under Article 32 of the Constitution of India in working out any scheme for settling the disputes which are criminal in nature.

We are all aware that the WP/383/2011 has been disposed off as withdrawn on 19th September, 2012.
This fact has also been reported on the Company Blog Spot yesterday i.e. 21st September, 2012.
AISPA will publish its detailed update once the Order of 19th September, 2012 is uploaded on the Website of the Hon’ble Supreme Court after analyzing the contents of the Order and as per legal advice.

Since yesterday i.e. 13th September, 2012 we have seen that our website www.aispa.co.in has been under continuous attack purportedly by some Pakistani hacker going by the nickname Mak Man.
We have identified this IP Address which appears to be in Mumbai itself and we will soon take necessary legal action against this IP Address as we may be legally advised.

Over the last two days there have been three major court hearings as follows:
August 30th 2012. Hon’ble Bombay High Court WP/3611/2011. The AISPA Writ for quashing of the Navniit Kkhosla FIR.

We had informed this wonderful family that the Bombay High Court had made it abundantly clear during the Hearing of 16th August, 2012 that they wanted AISPA to get the required clarification to the observation of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of 10th May, 2012, reproduced herein below is the relevant part of the observation:
“We make it clear that pendency of this matter either before the Mediator or before this Court will not hamper with the investigation”.

Good Evening Speakasians,
There was this hearing in the Bombay High Court in the AISPA Writ 3611/2011 and the same came to be heard today by the Divisional Bench of Hon’ble Mr. Justice A. M. Khanwilkar and Hon’ble Mr. Justice A.R. Joshi.
On hearing both the sides the Hon’ble Divisional Bench was pleased to adjourn the matter to 6th September, 2012, clearly instructing AISPA to get the clarification from the Hon’ble Supreme Court regarding the observation of 10th May, 2012.
